Layla Polishes Review/Swatches
Hey everyone! Today I have a selection of Layla polishes from
Look Fantastic and
Sally Magpies to show you, there's another holo polish, a mirror effect polish, some ceramic effect polishes and a soft touch effect polish (which I think is my new all-time favourite polish). I hope you like it! Full review will be after the jump
First up is
N.33 Metallic Blue*, the polishes dont have names on the bottles so I'm using the ones from Look Fantastic's website, hopefully they're all correct! As the name suggests, this is a dark metallic blue. I'm not usually a fan of dark blues, but I've found myself using this quite a bit recently. I used it
here, and I have a design coming up using it too. This was 2 coats with no top coat

Next up is
Red Hot* a mirror effect polish. I swatched this at night so unfortunately I'm not going to be able to give a great review of the effect in sunlight, but from what I've seen this is pretty impressive. This was 1 coat with no topcoat and it's ridiculously opaque as you can see

Next is
N.73* (I cant seem to find a name), which is a gorgeous turquoise blue, this was 2 coats with no topcoat

Next up is another Ceramic Effect polish, this time
N.11*, a brown with a very faint pink shimmer to it, which unfortunately doesn't show in the pictures. This was 3 coats but I could have easily got away with 2

Next is one of the Holographic Range, N.13
Purple Illusion*. This was 2 coats with 1 coat of top coat as it dried matte

Finally is my absolute favourite polish of the lot, a softouch effect polish called
Marshmallow Twinkle*. This was 2 coats but 1 would easily have been fine, and whilst it looks textured it's true to the name and is indeed soft to touch
